Development history
The MJOLNIR/Vanguard variant was manufactured by Hannibal Weapon Systems on New Carthage in the industrial township of Kotka.[2] Vanguard-class armor was a state-of-the-art front-line tech used primarily by SPARTAN-IV personnel in direct enemy engagement. Unlike other armor systems that facilitate secondary and tertiary needs, it focuses solely on face-to-face combat with enemy units.[1]
Production notes
The armor can be earned by earning the commendation "Forerunner Destroyer" and the skin, Vanguard CNVG (Converge), by getting "CTF Victory Mastery".
