Production notes[edit]

References[edit]

The name of the armor is based off the callsign of Carol Rawley in Halo: Combat Evolved. Echo and Victor are phonetic alphabet stand-ins for the letters E and V respectively - a reference to the D77 Pelican dropships Echo 419 and Victor 933, both of which are featured in Combat Evolved.
