The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Centurion is a variant of the MJOLNIR Mark VI armor. Its primary purpose is to serve as a testbed for new technologies before they are incorporated into the MJOLNIR (GEN2) platform, a more modern armor utilized by Spartan-IVs.[1]
Operational history
Spartan Fred-104 received his Centurion armor upon upgrading to the Mark VI platform at his return to Earth in October 2552, shortly before the Battle of Earth.[2] With it, he fought numerous battles on Earth, and later participated in the Battle of Onyx. Following his return to Earth in 2553, he continued to field-test multiple variants of the Centurion armor during highly confidential operations,[1] until at least 2557.[3]
