Template:Armor Infobox The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Hoplite is a variant of the MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor.[1] The Hoplite variant has implemented targeting and datalink advancements that increase the accuracy and lethality of its Spartan users when they operate long-range heavy munitions such as the M41 rocket launcher.[2] Initially designed as an alternative to the SPI armor used by Spartan-III operatives, the Watershed Division unexpectedly revealed Hoplite as a low-cost MJOLNIR variant optimized for pairing with UNSC pistols. Hoplite armor lacks the sophistication of other models but is easy to build and repair.[3]
