Development history

The MJOLNIR/Pioneer variant was manufactured and produced by Acheron Security. It was tested at Gdynia, Acheron Fossae on Mars. The Pioneer was developed as a result of the UEG's pioneer initiative in order to claim new territories for colonization. The Pioneer variant has been used in assisting in the security and protection of over two dozen field teams and science detachment.[2] The armor was first used during the first exploration efforts of Installation 03.[3][4] Pioneer-class armor is equipped by Spartans providing protection to ONI expeditionary groups.[3] It is intended primarily for reconnaissance operations in unknown or hostile environments.
