The MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/MP, also known as Military Police, is a UNSC military police helmet adapted for use with the Mark V MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor,[2] and later upgraded to MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor [GEN2] standards.
GEN1 overview[edit]
Design details[edit]
The MJOLNIR Mark V Military Police variant, designated Mark V. [MP], was designed to assist Spartans serving as part of a Beta-5 Security (B5S) details. The armor is fairly standardised, showing a clear relationship with the enclosed version of the standard UNSC CH252 helmet, but features a significant array of varied sensor upgrades. It is one of just a handful of assets shared between branches of the UNSC's armed forces.[3][2] As with many Mark V variants, the helmet is compatible with a variety of attachments including the PZY-955SSA WILLOW remote sensor, MK55 CBRN module and AN/PZY-6011Y TYPHON Command Network Module.
Visually, the helmet bears an almost identical appearance to the CH252 and ECH252 helmets employed by the UNSC Army and Marine Corps, and is presumably compatible with similar attachments such as the O/I optics device.
GEN2 overview[edit]
GEN2 compatibility[edit]
Previously available only to Beta-5 security teams and select Army rapid-reaction forces, MILITARY POLICE helmets have found a home with Spartan-IV fireteams that require its hardened uplink, command network module, and remote sensor controller.[4] This variant comes equipped with dual PZY-955SSA WILLOW remote sensors, mounted on either side of the helmet.
Emerson Tactical Systems update overview[edit]
Design details[edit]
By 2560, Emerson Tactical Systems acquired the Mark V [MP] template from Misriah Armory, with their updated MP helmet being fast-tracked for deployment.[1] Emerson's MP helmet is compatible with the TAS/Hyas helmet attachment, a simplified and updated version of Wyrd III target acquisition hardware featured on the GEN2 GUNGNIR armor.[5]
In-game information[edit]

In Halo: The Master Chief Collection, the Military Police helmet is attainable in the Season 1: Noble progression system.
