The suit's name comes from [[NOBLE Team]], whose leader, [[Carter-A259]], wore a Mark V Commando suit. However, the Commando left shoulder pad worn by Carter is not present and is instead replaced with a MJOLNIR Mark V shoulder pad. The armor was used as a stand-in for Carter during the [[Memories of Reach]] update.
