Trivia[edit]
- Mako is the name of two kinds of sharks, Isurus oxyrinchus and Isurus paucus, which are commonly known as the Shortfin mako shark and the Longfin mako shark, respectively.
- The Chthonic skin is named after the Greek term for "subterranean", which describes deities or spirits of the underworld in Greek religion. The skin's pattern is similar to the nose decals on the P-40 Warhawk fighters used by the United States of America during World War II.
- The Darkwater skin is named after a collection of short stories written by the Japanese writer Koji Suzuki.
