- The suit is named after NOBLE Team, whose leader, Carter-A259, wore a Mark V Commando suit. However, the Commando left shoulder pad worn by Carter is not present and is instead replaced with a MJOLNIR Mark V shoulder pad.
- In addition, various parts from John-117's Mark VI MOD suit from Halo 4 and Halo 5: Guardians are present on the NOBLE armor, most notably the gauntlets and boots.
