Development history

Manufactured by the Watershed Division, all known Street Viper prototypes on Earth were methodically tracked down and eliminated by the Created, along with their Beta-5 testers. All records of the helmet's existence were subsequently wiped out. The surviving helmets are now under close re-evaluation.[2]
