The Jump Jet attachments are prototype safety restraints and interlocks for jump jet and EVA equipment employed on shoulder pauldrons,[1] presumably designed for use by either pilots or jetpack users, and compatible with MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armor/Mark V and GEN3.[2]

In-game informationEdit

Halo: ReachEdit

The Jump Jet shoulder pauldrons can be unlocked in the Halo: Reach's Armory through the game's purchase system via the use of cR. In Halo: The Master Chief Collection, the Jump Jet shoulder pauldrons are attainable in the Season 1: Noble progression system.

During Season 01: Heroes of Reach, the SAP/JJ shoulder pads was designated as the SAP/FJ, while the FJ/PARA shoulders were designated as SAP/MKVB. The names and descriptions were corrected at the release of Season 02: Lone Wolves.
