The helmet is the latest in a long line of Naphtali helmet designs built to specifications drawn up by ONI's tactical signals intelligence collection units.[1]

The ISR design is a helmet manufactured by Naphtali Contractor Corporation.[1]
Usage
Spartan Theodore Sorel employed the ISR-class helmet during the Battle for Zeta Halo.[2]

The ISR helmet and its attachments are available for multiplayer Spartan armor customization on the Mark VII armor core in Halo Infinite.
