Mercury is manufactured by the Office of Naval Intelligence's Watershed Division and it was adapted from what could be interpreted of strange records that were recovered from a Created data archive. The armor may be a glimpse into an unsettling future being built on occupied Unified Earth Government worlds.^[1]
