Template:Character Infobox Doctor Ruth Charet is the President of the Unified Earth Government in the wake of the Human-Covenant War.[1] Elected in January 2553, she gave an inaugural speech promising that humanity would rebuild and reclaim its rightful place in the universe.

On March 24, 2558, President Charet spoke at a ceremony commemorating the reopening of New Phoenix, eight months after the city was attacked and had it's quarantine lifted.[2]
