The Koslovics were supporters of the neo-Communist hardliner Vladimir Koslov. They sought a return to the glory days of Communism and the elimination of corporate and capitalist influence, particularly in orbital facilities and offworld colonies in the universe.[1] This culminated in the Interplanetary War, during which they were systematically destroyed by the UNSC.
Trivia
The Koslovics is probably a homage to Bolshevics, the Communist Party members of the USSR (CCCP). The leader shares a first name with Russian Revolutionary Vladimir Lenin.
