was a leader of Charlie Company who was killed in battle on Reach. He is mentioned when Admiral Whitcomb tells Spartan-104 to put "Lieutenant Jake Chapman" on the line with him [1]. He was probably killed, along with Lieutenant Buckman, as a result of friendly fire due to bombing errors.
