The Beta-5 Division is a United Nations Space Command Office of Naval Intelligence Section Three subcell.[1] It is extremely secret, known by very few UNSC, or even, ONI personnel.
It is charged with the SPARTAN-III Program and is also known for its extreme decryption facilities[2].
