UNSC Quartermaster General Office

The UNSC Quartermaster General Office is a branch of the United Nations Space Command which is responsible for clearing certain types of requisitions or experiments. One of the office's responsibilities was clearing the use of primate test subjects for scientific experimentation or research, and requisitions for this must use Quartermaster General Office code OBF34.[1]
