Shipwright or colony

I was under the impression that the "Lathe of the Enlightened, Song of Victory" in Warfleet implied that the Lathe of the Enlightened was a shipyard at a colony named Song of Victory, as opposed to both of them being distinct shipyards. "Song of Victory" sounds more like what the Covenant would call a colony anyway. --Tacitus (talk) 02:00, 10 September 2018 (EDT)

I think you're right. Checking Warfleet at this moment, I see that with the human cross-sections, the manufacturers are listed as 'shipwright, world'. However, with the Covenant the second location listed typically sounds like another shipyard. Though in the case of Shadow of Intent, "Song of Victory" does sound more like a colony world. It is weird though that each Covenant cross-section is listed with two manufacturers, while no human cross-section has this. --NightHammer^{(talk)(contribs)} 02:12, 10 September 2018 (EDT)

I can't divulge much but I can clarify that at least the intent of Song of Victory was that it was a world. I don't know 343i's future intentions but in a couple of review passes of Warfleet the text did say "Lathe of the Enlightened, Song of Victory [XXXXXX III]", where XXXXXX was a more human-sounding planet name translation. That bracketed reference was removed from later iterations of Warfleet as I assume they may want to do something with the name at some later date. The same reference had also been used for the High Charity entry in the same review pass but was later changed to "The Supernal Chorus". Thanks for the info. The book also has an inconsistency regarding the Ages of Discovery: the entry for the Shadow of Intent states it was built during the Third Age of Discovery c. 2135, while the one for the Ardent Prayer gives 2070 as the human date for the Twentieth Age of Discovery.
