TR steel alloy is a type of steel used by the UNSC for large warships.[1]

TR steel alloy turned from silver to white when exposed to solar radiation.[1]
Usage[edit]
TR steel alloy is used for the skeletal frame of ships. It is silver when used for new constructions. Construction Platform 966A used the alloy to create ships.[1]

Construction Platform 966A[edit]
Around November 7, 2531, Construction Platform 966A used the alloy to create a stealth ship around three times the size of a prowler. By November 7, 2531, during an mission to the Platform, Blue Team encountered a partially made stealth ship in a hull-support cradle made for it.[1]
