Jopmop was an Unggoy Commander serving within the Banished. During the Installation 07 conflict in 2560, he served as the commander of the Horn of Abolition.[1][2]
It was likely that Jopmop was killed when John-117 launched an attack on the Horn of Abolition and shut down the facility.[3]
