Operational history

Spoiler warning: Plot and/or ending details follow.

Installation 07 conflict

During the Battle for Installation 07 in December 2559, many of these warships were deployed to engage the UNSC fleet near the Installation 07 and Ephsu I in high orbit, with at least two used to ram into some sections of the UNSC Infinity multiple times to brutally damage her. During that time, the leader of the Banished, Warmaster Atriox, led boarding parties inside the UNSC supercarrier and defeated John-117 and thrown the Spartan-II into the space, while Banished Phantoms fired upon Pelicans and lifepods escaping. Eventually, Infinity would be then destroyed after crash-landing into the ring following the space battle, alongside many UNSC frigates, with her fleet decimated by the enemy armada.[1]

Numerous of these Banished warships were remained over and across Installation 07 during the Installation 07 conflict in May 2560,[1] and one such vessel, Gbraakon, attacked the Pelican Echo 216 with its stasis cannon after Pelican's pilot recovered John-117 who have been drifted in space for months after being tossed into space from an attacked UNSC Infinity. The Spartan made his way to board the Banished warship after travelling within a UNSC and Banished asset debris field, eventually freeing Echo-216 from the stasis cannon and destroying the warship.[1]
