Skulltaker Halo: CE: Bandana

Skulltaker Halo: CE: Bandana is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is awarded for finding and walking over the Bandanna skull in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary remastered mode on The Silent Cartographer. The achievement is worth 5 gamerpoints and can be unlocked on any difficulty.
Location
The skull is at the end of the tunnel, on the ceiling in the security console chamber. A grenade or rocket jump is usually necessary. An alternative method is for the first player to crouch on the window strip in the tunnel below the skull, then having a second player kill himself and subsequently respawn on top of the first player. The skull would then be instantly acquired.
Trivia
The name of the achievement erroneously spells the skull's name as "Bandana", though the achievement's description correctly spells it "Bandanna".
