Like the rest of the MA5 Series, the MA5D is designed and manufactured by Misriah Armory.[1]

Design details
The MA5D is noted as being exeptionally resilient, having been designed for efficient use in close-quarters combat despite any hostile counter-op, enviromental conditions, or the duration of the weapon's use in the field[2].
