- Horatio Fry: "I'll take point—Nina... call Abbey."
- Nina Kovan: "She's already on the line."
- — Horatio Fry calls on Nina Kovan to equip Abbey Lime.[4]
Abbey Lime, often shortened as Abbey, was a customised SRS99-S7 AM sniper rifle utilised by Spartan Nina Kovan. She utilised the weapon throughout the Requiem Campaign[4] and ground campaign on Installation 07 between 2558 and 2560, though lost the weapon after the battle for UNSC Mortal Reverie in January 2560.[3]
Overview[edit]
Design details[edit]
- Main article: SRS99-S7 AM sniper rifle
Abbey Lime's appearance was altered from that of a standard S7 Sniper Rifle, with a black finish and red and green accents.[5] It also had a modified scope that Kovan preferred over the standard-issued optic.[3]
Usage[edit]
Abbey Lime was utilised by Spartan Kovan during Operation: VERTICAL UMBRAGE during the Requiem Campaign of 2558, used by Kovan to board the Zanar-pattern light cruiser Panom's Canticle.[4] Kovan continued to use Abbey Lime into the Battle for Zeta Halo, eventually coming to lose the weapon during the attack on UNSC Mortal Reverie. While Kovan did eventually find an SRS99-S5 to replace her customised SRS99-S7, she noted that the replacement didn't compare favourably.[3]
Gameplay[edit]
- "From downtown!"
- — The Abbey Lime coating description.
Abbey Lime is a weapon coating of Epic quality for the S7 Sniper. As a cosmetic item, it has no effect on the weapon's performance.
The Abbey Lime coating was unlockable as part of a Weekly Ultimate Challenge in Halo Infinite's first multiplayer season and later made available for purchase on The Exchange for 7,500 with the release of Operation Fleetcom.
