History
Human-Covenant war
Over the course of the Human-Covenant war, Beweglichkeitsrüstungsysteme, a corporation based in Essen, was responsible for developing multiple variants of Generation 1 MJOLNIR Powered Armor.[2][3]
Post-Covenant war
Following the end of the decades-long conflict, Beweglichkeitsrüstungsysteme continued its work, creating several Generation 2 MJOLNIR Powered Armor sets.[4][5][6]
As well, Dr. William Iqbal and his colleagues of the Edinburgh University were hired by ONI to study Forerunner relics discovered on various worlds including Earth and the Ancient Human ruins of Heian.[7]
