History

Canada along with Mexico and the political remnants of the United States of America became part of the loose association known as the United Republic of North America.

When the Covenant invaded Earth in November 2552, the Ohio city of Cleveland came under assault. Refugees fleeing the occupied city crossed Lake Erie to Canada on boats.
