The Apex is a structure employed by the Banished. Like its Covenant predecessor, the Apex is primarily used for constructing Banished aircraft including Banshees, Blisterbacks, Shrouds and Huragok. The majority of Apex personnel are mercenaries under the employ of Let 'Volir, though they remain dependant on supplies provided by mainline Banished forces.[1]
