Template:Ratings Template:Weapon Infobox This unidentified weapon was a handheld energy weapon created and used by the Forerunners during the Forerunner-Flood War.[1]
Description
It was a silver, claw-shaped device that generated what appeared to be a blade of some sort, capable of firing bolts of energy. When multiple weapons were used in conjunction, they could apparently combine their energy bolts to form a single large blade-like projectile that sliced through the air.
Trivia
- The weapon's hilt is similar in design to a Constructor.
- The means of activating the weapon is remarkably similar to that of the Covenant energy sword. It is possible that the weapon inspired the design of the energy sword.
- The weapon strangely resembles the Plasma Cutter from the Dead Space franchise.
- The plasma bolts it fires seem to have a tracking function similar to the Covenant Plasma Launcher.
