Dahk'rah is a Kig-Yar Skirmisher and member of the Banished.[1] During the Battle for Zeta Halo they helped Ciar 'Yaham decrypt and analyze Forerunner datastreams originating from beacons. However, even with Dahk'rah's help, Ciar was unable to completely interpret the data they had uncovered.[2]
