The Human-Covenant war or Covenant War was a conflict between the Covenant and the United Nations Space Command.[3]

History[edit]

Earlier parts of the war[edit]

Several events took place prior to DEFIANT GLASS. Harvest was glassed by the Covenant prior to 2540. As well, Operations FALLEN WALLS, HORIZON, and IRON FIST all took place as well.[4]

The Office of Naval Intelligence would first spot High Charity over Harvest in 2540 and designated locating and assessing it a priority task.[4]
