At some point around May 28, 2560, a resurgent conflict took place on Installation 07 between the United Nations Space Command (UNSC) and the Banished.[1]
Background
Circa December 13, 2559, at a prior battle for the ring, UNSC forces and Banished forces fought one another. The UNSC forces were defeated and the ring was damaged in the battle.[1]
Echo 216 while floating above the ring would find a floating John-117. After bringing him aboard and a power transfer, John-117 would reactivate.[2]
