- Sheila-065 is killed by Thel 'Lodamee in the Battle of Miridem.[1][2] Dr. Catherine Halsey is captured by Covenant forces who attempt to flee the system, prompting ONI to deploy a team of SPARTANs on a rescue mission.[3]
- After two years of battle against the Covenant, Alluvion's citizens have either died or fled. The colony is abandoned.[4]
