Into the Howling Dark is an achievement in Halo: Reach and Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is awarded for completing the Campaign mission Exodus on Normal or harder.[1]
Trivia
The achievement's name is a reference to a quote by Terrence Hood during his speech at the Voi Memorial; "But let us never forget those who journeyed into the howling dark and did not return."[2]
