The second season of Halo: The Television Series was officially announced on February 15, 2022. The series is set to air on Paramount Plus, and will see David Wiener act as the showrunner.[1][2]
343 Industries' Head of Transmedia, Kiki Wolfkill, has indicated that the season, alongside a potential third season may focus more on the personal lives and interpersonal relations of the Spartan characters in the show, with such storylines having been written in early drafts for the first season but ultimately lessened in the final release.[3]
