Quinn Lloyd was an Ordinary and Licensing Officer in Newton County, the State of Mare Nubium on Luna, in 2492.[1]
Biography[edit]
On August 17, 2492, Lloyd issued a license authorizing any judge, justice of the peace, or minister to marry Preston Cole and Inna Volkov according to the Constitution of Luna Confederated States.[1]
