Constitution of Luna Confederated States

The Constitution of Luna Confederated States is a document establishing the legal basis of the Luna Confederated States, the national government on Luna in the Sol system. It was in effect by 2492. Notably, it provides the framework governing the "Holy State of Matrimony", to which all marriages conducted on Luna must conform to have legal force. It presumably provides for the issuing of marriage licenses and marriage certificates, which are known to be granted by counties such as Newton in Mare Nubium.[1]
In 2492, Quinn Lloyd issued a license authorizing any Judge, Justice of the Peace, or Minister to join together Preston Cole and Inna Volkov in marriage according to the Constitution of Luna Confederated States.[1]
