United Nations Space Command Priority Transmission 09872H-98, subject ORDERS FOR YOUR IMMEDIATE CONSIDERATION, was a message sent by Admiral Michael Stanforth to Captain Jacob Keyes on July 18, 2552.^[1] It ordered Keyes to return to Reach following the Battle of Sigma Octanus IV.^[1]

"UNSC" is misspelled as "USNC" in one instance within the transmission; presumably, this is due to an editing error or oversight.
This transmission shares its designation with a transmission sent by Vice Admiral Ysionris Jeromi to Doctor Catherine Halsey on March 9, 2525. It is unknown if this is merely coincidental, suggests a connection between the two, or is simply a mistake on the part of the author.
- Interestingly, in the French edition of Halo: The Fall of Reach, this transmission shares its designation with UNSC Emergency Priority Order 098831A-1. This is likely an editorial error.
