Eye of Kel

The Eye of Kel was a feature in the exterior surface of the Covenant's city-station, High Charity. The Eye of Kel appears to be an entrance portal to permit Covenant spacecraft to enter the city, as opposed to docking in the Spires of Gifting. The Eye of Kel is fitted with a "thousandfold" Augur arrays, which are used for scanning and judging those who enter the eye.[1]
