Machine Pistol page
Hey,
I'm not sure if you'll be notified about this message, seeing as you don't have an account, but I just wanted to let you know that I've reverted your edit to the Machine Pistol page. While you're right - usually, we would begin a page with a completely in-universe discussion of the topic, this particular page is part of an upcoming project aimed at overhauling our gameplay documentation on the wiki. As such, the page is meant to be entirely dedicated to the weapon's purpose and abilities in-game, with only the Universe and lore
section dealing with in-universe stuff. Usually, that section would link to (an)other existing page(s) on the in-universe topic (for instance, see the work in progress Sniper Rifle and Mongoose pages), but since the Machine Pistols have virtually no lore, it's all just contained within that section.
Anyway, thank you for your contributions to Halopedia. I can see you've been doing it for a while. If you do end up seeing this message, might I suggest making an account? It's not mandatory, but it would make it a lot easier for folks to contact you and collaborate on edits, and would also tie your edits to something more permanent than an IP address (which are known to change sometimes).
