Template:Individual Ship Infobox UNSC Song of the East is a cruiser in service with the UNSC Navy, assigned to the Office of Naval Intelligence.[1] It is one of seven cruisers of a similar class in the Template:UNSCship's escort fleet.[2]

Production notes

On a superficial level, the Song of the East bears a relatively close resemblance to the Halcyon-class light cruiser UNSC Pillar of Autumn as depicted in Halo: Reach. However, the Song of the East and the other cruisers in its flotilla differ from the Halo: Reach model in a number of details; specifically, having different window arrangements, the antenna-like protrusion at the front of the ship being double the length of the Autumn's, the radar dishes being smaller and in different configurations across the ship, different numbers and locations of small antennae and four less point defense turrets than the Autumn.
