UNSC voltaic weapons.[edit]
Some weapons of the unsc could be considered voultaic. The electric trap the unsc uses in halo wars 2 and the shock rounds on the cyclops cannon in halo wars 2. The stun emp grenade/stun armour abilities as well I guess in Spartan assualt and strike.
