Sheila was a SPARTAN-II super soldier. Dr. Catherine Halsey witnessed her death at the hands of Thel 'Lodamee during the Battle of Miridem in 2544.[1][2]

A possible Halo 3: ODST Easter Egg has been interpreted as corresponding to Sheila. The license plate reads: "KBM 101S", which presumably stands for Battle of Miridem, 101 Sheila". This however, can't be her service tag, as the tag 101 belongs to Victor. The "K" is commonplace in the plates, and may or may not represent the word "killed"
