The Secessionist Union was a rebel alliance formed on the planet Harvest. Its leader was Jerald Mulkey Ander who was assassinated in 2525 by a UNSC strike force. Not much is known about the Secessionist Union, however it was most likely dissolved after the assassination of its leader.
