Robert McLees (ship designer)

Doctor Robert McLees is a ship designer who is responsible for the unique design of of the Halcyon-class cruiser. He is also the cofounder of the Reyes-McLees Shipyards over Mars.[1] He apparently was resposinble for the weapon and vehicle reports and interviews with infantrymen that have appeared on bungie.net
