Biography
Conscription
The Ben-015 was conscripted into the SPARTAN-II Program and trained on the Human fortress world of Reach. The Spartan survived the augmentation process, but was not mentioned until the Fall of Reach.
Fall of Reach

The Ben-015 was aboard the UNSC Pillar of Autumn when the Fall of Reach began. Selected to Red Team under Frederic-104's command to defend the MAC generators, Ben-015 was designated Red Fifteen. On the way to the surface their Pelican, Bravo-001, was shot down and Red Team was forced to jump.
Ben-015 survived the fall (unlike four others, including Malcolm-059) and on the advance to the generators, came across a single Covenant soldier, and neutralized the hostile. Later, Ben-015 was assigned with the rest of Team Beta to defend the generators. Ben-015 was presumably killed when three Covenant Cruisers used plasma bombardment to destroy the generators Team Beta was defending.
