It is situated in Military Reservation 01478-B on Reach. And has been used multiple times by Senior Chief Petty Officer Franklin Mendez in the training of the SPARTAN-II soldiers. This is the place where Master Chief Petty Officer John SPARTAN-117 tested the MJOLNIR Armor Mark V, though the course had been modified with Napalm Grenades and Sonic Grenades.
