Template:Character Infobox Flight Officer Mitchell was a Pelican pilot aboard the UNSC Pillar of Autumn in 2552.[1] It is possible that he was from the 23rd Naval Air Squadron being part of Echo 419's wing.
History
Mitchell was sent to fly the SPARTAN-II Red Team, headed by Spartan Frederic-104, down to the surface of Reach during the Battle of Reach aboard Pelican Bravo 001.[2] He was killed when a Covenant AA plasma mortar hit the Pelican, destroying its cockpit with him inside, despite Knife 26's attempts to protect the dropship.[3]
