Assembly Forges

The Assembly forges were a series of expansive manufacturing facilities located in the Covenant holy city of High Charity. They produced matériel for the Covenant war machine, including the Focus Rifle, the Scarab, and the Vampire.[1]
The Halo 3 multiplayer map Assembly occurs within a Scarab-constructing facility in the forges.
