Jacob Keyes taught at the OCS academy as a navigation teacher, until his moving to command of a UNSC Frigate.[1]
It was located in the County of Newton in the State of Mare Nubium. The Academy itself was connected to a civilian settlement known as a Asimov Center via a series of tunnels and surface tubes. These tubes would often need to be guarded against civilian incursions onto academy grounds, and vice versa.[2]
